Group Fitness with Star: When you are tired of boring, repetitive programs, then this is the class for you. It changes every time, but it is always a heart-pounding, fat-burning program with a blend of weight training, cardio training, and other fitness essentials.

The Warrior/The Assassin: These gut-busting, sweat-draining classes will challenge any weekend warrior. They are two different 10-exercise, 500-repetition fitness programs designed to challenge your body and willpower. People have been known to burn well over 800 calories in this class. Note these classes are not for beginners; it’s recommended to get clearance from the trainers first.

Raise the BAR: This high-pace, high-volume barbell workout incorporates the entire body to tone up your muscles. Get ready to improve your endurance, strength, and health with instructors that make sure your form is on point.

ELDOA: Try out the revolutionary spine stretching and strengthening technique ELDOA. It improves your joint mobility and performance by repairing problems at their source. This fitness class stretches and decompresses individual spinal segments while strengthening the deep spinal muscles, fascia, tendons, and ligaments.

Thai Kickboxing: We offer two kickboxing classes focused on burning calories. BURN is a shorter cardio session where we go as hard as we can to burn the maximum amount of calories with lots of punches, kicks, and knees. In FIGHT, we focus on technique with more deliberate movements, striking pads, and punching bags.

All Out Boot Camp: This fitness program is circuit training at its best with instructors that care about you and ensure you're doing everything correctly. It’s great for both beginners and advanced people because we customize it to push anybody.

Myofascial Stretching: Improve flexibility, posture, and relieve overall muscle soreness with this stretching program. We can work on old afflictions or create a flexible body to prevent new ones. Plus, our instructors pay close attention to your form so you can maximize your benefits. 

Kettlebell Rush: This is our ultimate all-in-one fitness and conditioning class. Kettlebells promote strength, flexibility, and mobility with an emphasis on core strength. At the same time, kettlebell training elevates your heart rate for effective cardiovascular training. Most people, regardless of their age or physical condition, will find kettlebell fitness classes a refreshing break from the normal workout routine.
